Experienced AutoCAD user that collaborates with other members of the design team to complete drawings in an efficient manner and to the company CAD standards. This includes meeting project deadlines, delivering high quality drawings and achieving the agreed upon scope of work for the client.
â· Able to draw details, including custom casework & furniture pieces, lighting and reflected ceiling plans and custom designed interior features.
â· Accomplish tasks in the time assigned and in line with company CAD standards, and the hotel brand drawing submittal requirements, for project timelines.
â· Make suggestions to streamline the drawing process and have the appropriate skills to follow through with the process.
â· Responsible for maintaining electronic library of completed blocks & reference drawings
â· Three to five years of experience with interior design construction documents, space planning or related industry.
â· Follows filing standards for emails, project information, drawings.
â· Meets project deadlines. Communicates any obstacles well in advance so that corrective actions can be taken by other team members and Management.
â· Maintain an organized personal space; and company work spaces.
â· Good time management practices with a solid understanding of how long it takes to complete work.
â· Arrives on time daily; works diligently with team members to complete tasks daily; plans schedule to accommodate when overtime may be required.
â· Answers emails & voicemails daily in a professional manner in line with standards.
â· Presents themselves professionally with an energetic, positive demeanor.
