We are seeking Interior Designers with 3 to 5 years of experience to join our studio working hand-in-hand with high-profile/high-design Workplace and Hospitality clients. Individuals will collaborate with a creative team to develop concepts and prepare documentation, from design through bid/permit/construction. Successful applicants will have experience will co-working environments, workplace design, corporate interiors and hospitality projects. The ideal candidate will be able to juggle multiple projects with demanding deadlines.
Typical responsibilities include: test fit and feasibility studies; site investigation; conceptual and schematic design; finish material selection, coordination, and specification; design, selection and coordination of furniture, fixtures and equipment; construction and permit documents; coordination with consultants and contractors; construction administration and submittal review.
Applicants must have a professional Bachelor’s or Master’s degree from an accredited university. Professional registration or licensure is a plus. Applicants must have experience with Revit, Adobe Creative Cloud, SketchUp and AutoCAD.
