We are seeking entry level Architectural Designers and Interior Designers with up to five years of experience to join our team. It is important that a candidate be resourceful and able to work under firm deadlines. They must be able to multi-task, communicate well with the Team and maintain organization in a changing environment. This position requires that the employee accurately prepare construction documents and develop design or technical solutions under the supervision of Project Managers and Senior Staff.
Typical responsibilities include: field verification of existing conditions; 3D model creation; conceptual design; FF&E coordination; construction/permit documents and detailing; building code research; permit research and coordination; coordination with consultants and contractors; construction administration and submittal review.
Applicants must have a professional Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Architecture or Interior Design from an accredited university. Professional registration or licensure is a plus. Applicants must have experience with Revit, Adobe Creative Cloud, SketchUp and AutoCAD.
