AV Intelligence is an audiovisual consulting company, providing the best sound and visuals in Singapore paired with comfort and convenience. We represent leading international brands such as Audiovector, Estelon, and curate systems that will exceed our clients’ expectations. We work closely with interior designers and walk-in customers to build their dream sound. Our main lines of businesses include supplying and installing bespoke equipment for home theatres, Hi-Fi sound systems as well as home automation services. We also have a retail arm situated in Millenia Walk to showcase our products to everyone in Singapore. To support the growth in our upcoming pipeline deals, we are looking to hire a senior sales manager to oversee the sales and installations, and grow our company together.
You will work from the Singapore office to create an effective sales strategy and oversee the entire sales life cycle here. The ideal candidate should possess a strong knowledge of AV technology and have existing ties to the industry. Exceptional selling skills, a growth mindset, and managing multiple projects with a "can do" attitude are key strengths that will ensure success in this role.
We will assist with your relocation to Singapore should you be located in other areas but display strengths that will suit our needs strongly. Our team is extremely diverse and we would be excited to receive applications from international candidates.
Senior Sales Manager Responsibilities
Execute the sales plan, with emphasis on building a sustainable and strong sales pipeline.
Achieve sales targets and outcomes on time.
Promote and raise the profile of brands under AV Intelligence, establishing a positive business image.
Maintain relations with existing clients and generate new leads.
Work with procurement and installations to ensure that projects are executed and deals are closed smoothly. Note that you would also be expected to take part in installations as and when required, and also train junior staff on selling.

Minimally 2-4 years of sales experience, with a proven track record in sales, consultancy or business development roles within the AV industry. Candidates with no industry experience may apply but must be able to clearly show an aptitude for selling solutions of a technical nature.
Excellent interpersonal skills
Self-motivated and ready to take the helm and grow the business with us
Proficient with technology, especially Microsoft Office.
