Position Description: UCLA Extension is considered one of the top programs of its kind, offering to more than 35,000 students per year approximately 4,500 classes and non-degree certificate programs to meet the professional development, continuing education and personal enrichment needs of the full spectrum of nontraditional students as well as companies and organizations throughout and beyond the Los Angeles region.
Under the direction of the Program Director of Architecture and Interior Design Programs, the Program Manager coordinates, promotes, budgets and provides oversight for the Master of Interior Architecture Program, the Foundation Level Certificate Program in Interior Design as well as other architecture and design related courses. The Program Manager supervises three regular staff members and occasional part-time staff. It is the responsibility of the Program Manager to provide creative, energetic and efficient support to the Program Director in the areas of program planning, marketing, program implementation staffing and administration and budget formulation and tracking. The Program Manager should have a strong affinity for the world of architecture and design, possess excellent interpersonal skills, be adept in verbal and written communication, and have broad familiarity with the use and implementation of social media.
Special Instructions: The target salary range for this position is between the posted minimum and $5,416.67 monthly.
